Squamish Sikh Parade – Martyrdom of the fifth Guru

2017 June Sp’aka’us 50 Inaugrual XC Bike Race

Saturday, June 7th featured a brand new event in Squamish, the Sp’akw’us 50 Marathon Mountain Bike Race and BC Provincial XCM Championships. Sp’akw’us means Bald Eagle in the Squamish Nation language, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and is an acknowledgement of the event being hosted in the Squamish nations traditional territory.
